China is willing to work with the DPRK to make good use of each side’s strengths and resources to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in education, the arts, tourism, sports, media, youth, sub-national, and sister-city ties, so that the traditional China-DPRK friendship takes deeper root in the people’s hearts.
