From October 20 to 23, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was successfully held in Beijing. The plenary session heard and discussed the work report delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, and reviewed and adopted the “CPC Central Committee’s Proposals on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.” General Secretary Xi Jinping gave an explanation to the plenary session on the draft Proposals.
