In order to give full play to the role of social oversight and to crack down on violations of export controls on strategic mineral dual-use items, and pursuant to the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, the Ministry of Commerce has decided to further improve the work of handling reports of violations of export controls on strategic mineral dual-use items.
