On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, in order to commend the advanced, promote healthy conduct, and inspire the broad ranks of Party members and Party organizations at all levels to strive for excellence and achieve distinction, the Party Central Committee has decided to confer the title of National Outstanding Party Member on 141 comrades including Wu Jianping and, posthumously, on 8 comrades including Gu Songfen; to confer the title of National Outstanding Party Affairs Worker on 150 comrades including Meng Ermei; and to confer the title of National Advanced Primary-Level Party Organization on 399 primary-level Party organizations including the Party Branch of the Atmospheric Environment Division of the Beijing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau.
